Pet Friendly (dogs up to 50lbs, no aggressive breeds)

1 pet per unit

Pet Deposit: $400, $150 non-refundable

Pet Rent: $35 per month per pet

Fees

Processing Fee: $100

Occupancy Permit: $40

Application Fee: $40 per adult

Liability Insurance: $14.00 per month

*waived if you have proof of your own renter's insurance

The Vineyards pays for Water, Sewer and Trash.  Residents are responsible for Electric.
